Here at BMK Asphalt Repair And Paving we are a fast paced paving company. We are always open to hiring and training new contractors and introducing them to our team.
Paving is certainly not for the faint of heart, our days start early and depending on which team you are on you will be off by 4-5pm. When we first start you out we expect to show up on time at yard for daily goals and task meeting. Two week training will consist of rigorous safety training on how to handle equipment properly, along with coordinating with other workers verbally, hand signals, and safe hook ups. We will train to the best of our ability but if Safety training is not passed within a two week time period we will have to part ways. Hard work, determination, and the will to succeed will most certainly help you and we will do our best to teach this if in need.
